TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

#1 The Auctioneer will sell the horse to the Highest Bidder,and will settle all disputes that arise as to Bidders and Buyers.

#2 Every effort has been made to asure the correctness to the caralogue,the sales management is not responsible for errors, ommisions and asumes no liability on its statements reguarding horses sold.Annoucementsfrom the Auctioneer takes any precedence over catalogue information.

#3Terms of sale is CASH.Payments to be made sale day before horse is to be released.Payments are to be made in Canadian funds.Personal cheques will be considered Cash.NOTE: American Buyers -a fair exchangewill be allowed on the conversionof US Funds to Canadian Funds.

#4GST>will be charged where applicable.

#5All Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the Province of Alberta,right to bidis reserved for sellers in this sale unlessotherwise annouced.

#6The Sale Management will with hold ALL Registration Papers until cheques clear the bank.The buyerwill pay transfer fees and we will forward the registration and transfer to the new owners.

#7Any non registered horse that can be registered,papers and transferfees are paid by buyer.DNAhairs will be pulled before horse is released.Feed & Waterwill be available and it is possible to arrange temparary care of horses.

#8 Buyers assume responsibilityfor a horse after the fall of the gavel.

#9 All horses SOLD to American Buyers must be coggins tested and have proper health papers completed.This takes approximately3-7 days.Buyers we will make veterinarian arrangements and keep your horse at NOEXTRA CHARGE.You PAY the vet fees..

#10Any person attending this Auction does so at his/her own RISK and NO Liability,duty,obligaltionand /or responsibility shall be imposed upon the sales mangementor any of their agentsfor any ACCIDENT,INJURY,MISHAP,THEFTDAMAGEand /or other HARM reguardless of the source of imposition.
